Laguna Penthouse

Arguably one of the best locations in Noosa with 180 degree views over Laguna Bay at First Point, this project comprises the merger of two existing penthouse apartments.

The aim was to develop and refine the existing 1980’s “Bond” feel to a contemporary coastal private space.

Construction was completed in October 2024
