Entrepot is a concept for small self contained office spaces using airspace over existing commmercial activity in Noosa Junction. With the massive shift this year in the way we work, where we work, border closures and more we are seeing a demand to provide flexible spaces for businesses to operate remotely. Always looking to mix business with pleasure the rooftop will be a purpose built bar.
The construction will be lightweight and prefabricated, will feature extensive low cost greenwall systems and shallow rainwater fed “Lilly trays” will soften the exposed existing rooftop below.
The overall scale of development is limited by Town Planning constraints and the need to maintain the operation of the existing businesses below, but it’s hoped this may provide a model for further expansion of this mixed use development in existing under-utilized locations.
