Sunshine Residence

We have recently begun the Schematic Design for a new residence to be located on a quirky triangular site in Sunshine Beach. The existing shack has been much loved by its owners of the last 30 years, we hope to capture some of its laid back charm in this new home.

As with all our projects the key influences of the design will be the location, climate comfort and views, economy, longevity and minimal maintenance requirements of the materials, low energy requirements and integration with the landscape.

Services include Architecture, Interiors and project management. Schematic Design stage commenced with completion expected by November 2024.
